Short Rows: Resolve as Knit Through Back Loop (ktbl) - RH & LH
Right Handed: 0:00 Left Handed: 0:40 Insert the working needle into the wrap from below (from front to back), then slip the stitch it wraps as if to knit. Return the stitch to the holding needle, moving the wrap over and behind the stitch. Work the wrap & stitch together through the back loop.
