For right-leaning cables, always slip through the front loops of stitches. (For left-leaning cables, always slip through the back loops.) Instructions: Slip 5 stitches together as if to knit. Transfer 2 stitches together back to the holding needle, untwisting them. Transfer the next 2 stitches together back to the holding needle, untwisting them. Work the cable by knitting 5 stitches.
